Returns and Refunds

Crystals can only be returned if deemed to be damaged. At our shop we strive to provide high quality, consiously sourced crystals that always go through quality checks before being dispatched. we are sincerely sorry if you are unhappy with your purchase but please ensure to get in touch with me with any issues you have within 14 days of purchase, you can do this by clicking the 'contact me' button on the front of my page at the bottom left hand side.

No credit or Refund will be issued for products ordered in error by the customer or if the goods are incorrectly stored or handled by the customer.
